My prior experience includes serving as General Counsel of the Louisiana Department of Natural Resources as well as Assistant Attorney General. My primary role as Assistant Attorney General was Chief of the Land and Natural Resources Section.
I have spent the past twenty-two years devoted to all aspects of land, mineral and natural resources law, particularly as it relates to the Department of Natural Resources and State Mineral and Energy Board.
I have served in general civil practice including business and commercial litigation, construction industry and surety, taxation, bankruptcy, energy and public utilities, real estate, gaming industry, environmental, and public elementary and secondary education financing law.
I have practiced in most Louisiana State Courts and U.S. Fifth Circuit and District Courts for Eastern, Middle and Western Districts of Louisiana.
